Daizy's Favorite Health Food Store on the Gulf Coast

I wanted to share my favorite Health Food Store here on the Gulf Coast...I have a soft spot for this store & its owner...when I was 17-19 years old, she encouraged me to have my children by a midwife in Summertown, TN...& I did.
My 2nd daughter was named after her...

I often go there when I run out of incense, dried chamomile & lavender to make eye pillows, nutritional yeast & the occasional beauty product.

Another health food store here in Mobile, AL is The Health Hut. It is smaller then Virginia's Health Foods, but carries some of the same products. It is loved by the community & has been a part of Mobile for a long time.
